Responsibilities
- Execute remote coffee menu planning and digital inventory management
- Prepare artisanal beverages and food items at flagship Pike Place location
- Lead virtual coffee tasting sessions for remote team members
- Maintain hygiene standards in both digital and physical environments
- Collaborate with roasters on bean sourcing via virtual tastings
- Train new baristas through hybrid learning modules
- Optimize digital customer engagement channels
Qualifications
- 2+ years specialty coffee experience or SCA certification
- Proven ability to manage remote work with minimal supervision
- Exceptional digital communication skills (Slack, Zoom, Trello)
- Knowledge of coffee sourcing, sustainability practices
- Valid Washington Food Handler Permit
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling including weekends
- Portfolio of latte art or coffee creations
- Experience with POS systems like Square or Revel
