- Participate in remote inventory management and scheduling coordination

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso certification preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital scheduling tools
- Strong communication skills for remote team collaboration
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends with hybrid options
- Commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's permit
