Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brew, and seasonal specials, adhering to our high-quality standards.
- Customer Connection: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and making personalized recommendations.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies, and assist in restocking as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and support during peak hours.
- Hygiene Standards: Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
