Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, pour-over, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take accurate orders.
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation and plating to ensure high standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are a must.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
