Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages following Urban Brew's signature recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine workspace through rigorous cleaning and inventory management protocols
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for inventory and scheduling coordination
- Develop innovative seasonal beverage offerings aligned with local trends
- Support digital customer engagement through our online ordering system

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with specialty coffee expertise
- Proficiency in espresso preparation and latte art techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in hybrid work environments
- Basic digital literacy for remote collaboration tools and online ordering systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
