Responsibilities

- Manage inventory ordering and scheduling through our remote-friendly digital platform
- Maintain pristine workspace hygiene and equipment maintenance protocols
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative seasonal drink offerings
- Process payments accurately through POS systems while handling cash transactions
- Participate in virtual monthly training sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Valid Hawaii Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital inventory management tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in remote team settings
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Hawaiian coffee varietals and brewing methods
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
