Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of station and equipment
- Process orders efficiently through our integrated POS system (remote training provided)
- Collaborate with team on inventory management and restocking
- Participate in monthly virtual coffee tasting and skill workshops
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year coffee service experience preferred
- Proficiency in espresso machines and brewing methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Basic tech literacy for remote administrative tasks
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
