Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills for remote and in-person interactions
- Proficiency with digital ordering platforms and social media
- Reliable home office setup for remote tasks
- Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing methods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Passion for coffee and customer experience excellence
- Valid New Mexico food handler certification
