Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using precise techniques and premium ingredients
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service in our welcoming cafe environment
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, stations, and customer areas
- Process orders efficiently through POS systems while handling cash transactions
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions (remote component)
- Support community outreach events and local partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week with flexible scheduling (including weekends)
- Strong communication skills with enthusiasm for customer engagement
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Comfortable with digital tools for remote collaboration and training
