Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Manage online order fulfillment and customer communication via our digital platforms
- Deliver exceptional in-person service at our vibrant Ocean View location
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas
- Collaborate with remote team members on inventory management and supply ordering
- Participate in product development and seasonal menu promotions
- Train new baristas on coffee techniques and digital systems
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital order management platforms
- Ability to work independently in remote settings while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to our San Diego location for in-person shifts
