Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using our digital POS system
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting guest areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking tasks
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols

Qualifications
- Availability for evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to our Virginia Beach location
- Previous customer service experience preferred
