Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during evening and weekend operations
- Manage inventory and maintain pristine facility standards overnight
- Process secure cash transactions with 100% accuracy

- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures during off-peak hours
- Train on new service technologies and operational systems
- Support weekend event setups and breakdowns
Qualifications
- Must be available 3+ weekend shifts monthly (Fri/Sat/Sun evenings)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours with scheduled breaks
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Reliable transportation for late-night shifts
- Strong attention to detail in high-traffic environments
