Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Engage warmly with customers in-store and via remote order support
- Operate POS systems efficiently during in-person shifts
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with remote team for inventory management
- Participate in virtual training sessions for new recipes
- Contribute to social media content creation remotely
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months coffee service experience
- Proficiency with digital scheduling tools
- Exceptional customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently during remote shifts
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for in-person shifts
