Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Operate POS systems, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cash flow
- Uphold strict cleanliness standards for equipment and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in remote inventory management and scheduling tasks
- Develop and share innovative drink recipes with the team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or food service experience
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (scheduling apps, POS systems)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Food safety certification preferred
- Valid Virginia driver's license (for occasional catering events)
