Responsibilities
- Attend paid training sessions covering event setup, crowd management, and safety protocols
- Execute event operations including guest registration, vendor coordination, and venue setup
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and event stakeholders
- Manage inventory and equipment during load-in/load-out processes
- Enforce venue safety guidelines and emergency procedures
