Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and crowd management at venues like Target Center and U.S. Bank Stadium
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket validation, and access control systems
- Execute setup/breakdown protocols for stages, seating, and vendor areas
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure venue safety and compliance
- Assist with VIP guest services and premium seating coordination
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Basic knowledge of event safety protocols and crowd control
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, team settings
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred but not required
- Must pass mandatory background screening
