Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Engage customers in-person at Baltimore locations during scheduled shifts
- Host virtual coffee tastings and digital customer experiences remotely
- Manage online orders and virtual customer inquiries via our digital platforms
- Maintain pristine cafe cleanliness and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members on hybrid scheduling and remote projects
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions on coffee trends and techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience or equivalent training
- Proficiency with espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Strong digital communication skills for remote customer interactions
- Availability for hybrid work model (in-person + virtual shifts)
