Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with regulars
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Train new team members on beverage recipes and standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or food service experience
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification preferred
- Passion for coffee and positive attitude essential
