Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and artisanal techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine workspace through strict sanitation and inventory management protocols
- Collaborate with team to optimize daily operations during peak hours
- Train new hires on coffee preparation methods and POS systems
- Develop innovative seasonal drink recipes for menu rotation
- Build genuine relationships with regular customers through consistent quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Valid Florida Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Portfolio of latte art or specialty beverages required for interview
