Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following precise recipes
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while handling cash/credit payments
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee beans and supplies
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with our core values
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional coffee preparation experience
- Deep knowledge of espresso brewing techniques and coffee origins
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexible availability including weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
