Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry using premium beans and equipment
- Engage with customers through our hybrid order-taking system (in-person + digital)
- Manage inventory and maintain pristine workspace standards
- Collaborate with team via remote scheduling tools and virtual huddles
- Develop and share innovative drink recipes with the remote team
- Support digital marketing initiatives through our virtual cafe platform
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista experience or equivalent coffee preparation knowledge
- Proficiency with POS systems and digital order management
- Exceptional customer service skills with remote communication abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Food Handler's certification or willingness to obtain
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
- Basic understanding of coffee bean varieties and brewing techniques
