Responsibilities
- Manage event registration/check-in stations using provided tablets and scanners
- Operate audiovisual equipment (microphones, projectors, lighting) as directed
- Distribute promotional materials and branded merchandise to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and maintain order using provided safety gear
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event furniture and signage
- Provide exceptional customer service using branded communication devices
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varied conditions
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Houston
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic tech literacy for operating provided equipment
