Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration, ticket scanning, and crowd control protocols
- Manage vendor booths and interactive activity stations with enthusiasm
- Assist with event setup/teardown including equipment assembly and décor
- Provide real-time support to attendees and troubleshoot minor issues
- Collaborate with venue staff to maintain safety standards and cleanliness
- Document incident reports and operational feedback post-event
Qualifications
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
