Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening/weekend shifts
- Resolve technical issues and product questions using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers and issue escalation
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or remote support experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced virtual environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings (5 PM - 1 AM CT) and weekends
