Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases with alphanumeric and numerical data
- Perform data validation through cross-referencing source documents
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Resolve data discrepancies with minimal supervision during night shift
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with global teams via Slack during handover periods
- Meet/exceed daily productivity targets (3,000 keystrokes/hour minimum)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Exceptional attention to detail with <1% error tolerance
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
- Ability to work independently during night shift (12 AM - 8 AM EST)
- Basic troubleshooting skills for remote connectivity issues
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
