Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input customer and company data into digital databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in data before final submission.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
- Perform routine data cleaning and organization tasks to ensure database integrity.
- Generate and update reports based on entered data as required by management.
- Communicate effectively with the night shift team lead regarding data issues or questions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
