Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client information into proprietary databases
- Perform daily data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactional records using provided ergonomic equipment
- Generate daily performance reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with offshore teams to reconcile cross-border data entries
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed (test required)
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel mandatory)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown Denver facility
