Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening and weekend shifts
- Resolve technical inquiries, troubleshoot product issues, and process orders efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics including CSAT and resolution time
- Continuously update product knowledge through training modules
- Identify and report recurring customer pain points for process improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or technical support role
