Job Description
Join NeuraFuture Labs at the forefront of human-computer interaction for the quantum computing era. We seek a visionary Quantum UX Researcher to pioneer user experiences that bridge quantum interfaces with human cognition. This role demands a fusion of cognitive science, quantum physics intuition, and radical empathy to design intuitive interfaces for tomorrow's computational paradigm. You'll collaborate with quantum physicists, neuroscientists, and futurists to create ethical, accessible experiences that democratize quantum technology.
At NeuraFuture, we're building the interface layer for quantum computing's societal integration. Your work will directly shape how humanity interacts with quantum systems by 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct cognitive load studies for quantum algorithm interaction interfaces
- Develop neuro-quantum UX frameworks for hybrid human-AI decision workflows
- Create empathy maps for quantum system stakeholders (researchers, enterprises, policymakers)
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with quantum physicists and behavioral psychologists
- Prototype and validate quantum interface concepts using VR/AR and haptic feedback systems
- Document quantum UX principles for NeuraFuture's 2026 quantum interface standards
- Anticipate ethical implications of quantum-human interaction paradigms
Qualifications
- Masters in Cognitive Science/HCI or equivalent with quantum computing coursework
- 3+ years UX research experience with emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum/complex system interface designs
- Proficiency in quantum circuit simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research on human-quantum interaction or cognitive biases in tech
- Experience with EEG/fNIRS for cognitive load measurement
- Understanding of quantum superposition principles applied to UX design
- Certification in Quantum Computing Fundamentals (IBM/Qiskit)
