Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Lead integration of quantum processors with classical cloud infrastructure
- Create quantum-safe cryptographic systems for next-gen data security
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning pipelines
- Document architectural blueprints and conduct performance simulations
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Deep knowledge of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE)
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Rigetti, IonQ, etc.)
