Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing infrastructure with >1000-qubit coherence
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for enterprise optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum accelerators with cloud-native architectures
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography migration
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization and error correction
- Partner with academic institutions to commercialize quantum machine learning frameworks
- Create quantum readiness roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm implementation
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave) and SDKs
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum computing or peer-reviewed quantum algorithms
- Certification in quantum engineering or equivalent industry recognition
