Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum annealing architectures with 10,000+ qubit capacity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for enterprise clients
- Architect cryogenic control systems with sub-10mK stability requirements
- Lead quantum security protocols resistant to 2026-era cyber threats
- Optimize quantum error correction using topological qubit arrangements
- Integrate quantum accelerators into existing HPC infrastructure
- Mentor quantum engineering teams on next-gen photonic interconnects
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Certification in AWS Braket or Azure Quantum architecture
- Proven track record scaling quantum systems beyond 1,000 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with superconducting and trapped-ion qubit platforms
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects preferred
