- Design and implement quantum error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to commercialize quantum algorithms in finance and logistics
- Author peer-reviewed publications for Nature Physics and IEEE Transactions
- Secure $1M+ in quantum computing grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Prototype quantum-secure encryption protocols for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum annealing and superconducting qubit systems
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and high-performance computing
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and microwave pulse control
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and topological quantum computing
