Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on quantum programming experience (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Expertise in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security
- Strong background in machine learning and neural networks
- Experience with superconducting quantum processors
- Track record of securing research grants and patents
