In this role, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors in our state-of-the-art Austin facility, working on projects that could solve previously impossible problems in cryptography, drug discovery, and climate modeling.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead collaborative research projects with government and industry partners
- Author breakthrough publications in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Contribute to quantum-resistant cryptography standards development
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum mechanics and computational theory
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum supremacy
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and coherence times
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
