Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in AI and optimization
- Lead cross-functional research teams in developing error-corrected quantum systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum information theory and quantum mechanics
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Proven ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
