Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Demonstrated grant-writing success ($2M+ secured)
- Active participant in IEEE Quantum Computing Standards committees
