Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for computational chemistry and cryptography applications
- Design error-correction protocols for scalable quantum processors
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum architectures
- Publish research in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and innovative mindset
