Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Publish research in top-tier scientific journals and present at conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience

- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems preferred
