Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Optimize quantum circuit performance on next-generation hardware platforms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to overcome quantum decoherence and error correction challenges
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and cryptography
- Publish breakthrough findings in leading scientific journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience

- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
