Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience

- Expertise in quantum circuit design and Qiskit/PyQuil frameworks
- Experience securing federal research grants ($3M+ preferred)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit manipulation
