Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence by 2026
- Design error-corrected quantum processors using topological qubit implementations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum software-hardware integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen financial systems
- Drive patent strategy for quantum-resistant cryptography innovations
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN on quantum internet infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or topological computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 50 qubits
- Familiarity with superconducting, ion-trap, and photonic qubit technologies
- Experience leading quantum security projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum optimization problems
