Responsibilities

- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum error correction breakthroughs
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and HPC environments
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or ion trap technologies
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum error correction
