Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm development
- Optimize quantum circuits for fault-tolerant operations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Create technical documentation and IP protection strategies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in advanced concepts
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum error correction protocols
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of leading technical teams
- Expertise in cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
