Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in quantum system integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain networks
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize quantum-classical machine learning models
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware control software
- Experience leading quantum algorithm development for commercial applications
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
- Track record of securing government or corporate R&D grants
