Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving complex optimization and simulation problems
- Lead quantum-classical hybrid system integration and performance tuning
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence and error correction strategies
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publish research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum software
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning applications
- Proven leadership in cross-functional technical teams
