Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms optimized for error correction and qubit stability
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and prototype next-generation quantum processors with 10,000+ qubit capabilities
- Collaborate with security teams to develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Publish breakthrough research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction, topology, and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical integration
- 5+ years of experience in high-performance computing or quantum research
