Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world problem solving
- Lead quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum machine learning models
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design optimization
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error correction systems
- Proficiency in Q#, Cirq, or other quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum supremacy or fault-tolerant computing
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (superconducting/ion trap)
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory and complexity classes
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Azure Quantum)
