Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead hardware-software integration teams for cryogenic quantum processors
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and academic partners
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing patents and intellectual property
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware interfaces
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects with $5M+ budgets
