Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research or industry applications
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
